Intek Resources are niche market specialists with an entire focus on Executive Search.

An Introduction to Executive Search
Executive search is the foundation of Intek's success in the human capital industry. By working in partnership with candidates and clients in conducting a range of senior- mid management level searches in EMEA, as well as specialised searches in North America and Asia-Pac, our team has cemented its reputation as a premier executive search firm in the Telecoms and Technology markets.

What stands out about our method of conducting executive search assignments is that we do not ask our clients to step away from assignments once briefs have been agreed. Conversely, we aim to involve our clients at key stages throughout the process- in such a way, we are able to tailor each search to the specific needs of individual clients, whilst simultaneously building long-term partnerships of trust with the organisations and people we work with.

The cumulative effect of

  • inTek’s search process
  • inTek’s Telecoms/ Technology market knowledge and
  • inTek’s ability to utilise our global candidate network in all assignments we undertake

is that the quality of our service is matched only by our consultants’ desire to deliver.

Types of Executive Search

Retained Search
Retained executive search consulting is considered by Intek to be the most appropriate method for hiring mid- senior level executives. This is because it allows us to pool our resources to allow our client to access candidates who may not be actively seeking a career move, so would normally be inaccessible. Some features of a retained search include:

  • A highly proactive, full industry search method
  • Total commitment to deliver, without any compromise by inTek on resources or timescale
  • Brief taken face to face, at a mutually agreed time and venue
  • Dedicated resource team for the project’s duration
  • Service Level Agreement
  • Candidates offered exclusively
  • Search carries priority status
  • Guaranteed timescales
  • Candidates interviewed face-to-face
  • Minimum of three motivated, qualified candidates

Contingency Exclusive Search
Some features of a contingency exclusive search include:

  • Client only pays the fee upon successful completion of the search
  • A proactive search method
  • Service Level Agreement
  • Search carried out within agreed timescales
  • Search is carried out exclusively by Intek within agreed timescales

Contingency Multi company Search

This is the method of search that is often carried out for junior positions or those that do not carry priority status for the client.
